About Our Director
Dr. Fredrick G. Buehler, Jr. has been in the real estate business for more than 20 years as a multi-million dollar producer, manager, Broker of Record, educator and now director of the areas preeminent real estate schools.
Licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as a real estate broker.
Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. Member of the Real Estate Educators Association, Member of the National Association of REALTORS, New Jersey Association of REALTORS and the Gloucester Salem County Board of REALTORS.
Earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Real Estate Management, Doctor of Philosophy in Metaphysical Psychology and Juris Doctor in Law.
Served as a Director on the Gloucester County Board of REALTORS as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Allied Technical Schools in Pennsylvania where he had the pleasure of delivering the commencement speech for a graduating class of 300 Allied health students.
Dr. Buehler has developed many training courses geared toward real estate agent productivity and career development in addition to writing hundreds of featured articles. Dr. Buehler is also an author of two (2) published books.
Further accolades include hosting a nationally syndicated radio show called “Straight Talkin Real Estate” with a weekly audience in the thousands.
Fredrick Buehler has trained and coached hundreds of agents, many who have become mega producers.
He has helped many homeowners sell quickly with his unique style and problem solving skills and has always maintained the highest of standards when it comes to his clients and his peers.
