Short Sales And Foreclosure Resources (7 Hours)
For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new “traditional” real estate transaction. Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities are not merely good, but critical, skills to have in today’s market. While short sales and foreclosures are not for the faint of heart, agents with the proper tools and training can use these specialty areas to build their business for the long term.
As many agents can attest, your ability to close short sales and foreclosures depends in part on your confidence in seeing these transactions through.
Designed for real estate professionals at all experience levels, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) course offers information to direct distressed sellers to finance, tax, and legal professionals; qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short-sale package, negotiate with lenders, tap into buyer demand, safeguard your commission, limit risk, and protect buyers.

Real Estate Investing: Build Wealth Representing Investors and Becoming One Yourself
As a real estate professional, you invest a lot of time, effort, and resources in building client-for-life relationships with home buyers. But what happens when your home-buyer client is ready to become a real estate investor? Do you have the skills, knowledge base, and contacts to work with real estate investors? Or, do you refer your client to another agent or firm and wave goodbye to the stream of future business? Real Estate Investing: Working with Investors, Becoming an Investor covers the fundamentals of real estate investment that practitioners need to know to expand their business services. The one-day course looks at how practitioners can adapt core real estate skills and learn new skills to serve clients who want to invest in single family homes, condos, townhomes, and small multifamily properties. You will learn how to work with investors as they goal set, plan, evaluate, and acquire properties as well as manage them. You will also learn how to ‘walk the talk’ and become a real estate investor yourself.
Designations & Certifications: Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®)
Accredited Buyer’s Representatives® (ABR®) 2Day
Buyer representation continues to be one of the real estate industry’s hottest trends. Tens of thousands of agents across the country have become Accredited Buyer’s Representatives® (ABR®). Many earn hefty incomes representing buyers exclusively.
That’s because buyers have demonstrated their willingness to pay for specialized representation. Due to abundant media coverage, buyers have learned that most agents protect only the sellers’ interest. Buyers want protection too. Are you, the real estate licensee, in the position to give it to them?
Seller Representative Specialist® (SRS®)
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation course is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
At the heart of every real estate agent’s successful business is his or her ability to get a listing, effectively market the listed property, and complete its sale under terms most advantageous for the seller. The Seller Representative Specialist® (SRS®) designation course taught by Elite Advantage Real Estate Academy focuses intently on these and complementary skills.
As market competition heats up among real estate agents, every asset an agent has becomes vitally important in his or her primary objective: to persuade each seller that they are the agent most capable of handling the job of selling their home. The SRS® course gives them that edge.
Seller agency remains the primary focus for agents across the country. The goal of the SRS® Designation is to raise the level of effectiveness for seller agents.
