30 Hour Broker Ethics/Agency Tuesday and Thursday Day 9:00-3:00 PM
This 30-hour Ethics and Agency course is a required part of the 150-hour pre-licensing education for anyone seeking a New Jersey real estate broker’s license. Whether you are starting your broker education or you have qualified for a waiver of the 90-hour General Real Estate course (such as licensed attorneys or out-of-state brokers), this 30-hour class is mandatory and must be completed.
